Introduction to CRRM Raymond Grinding Mill
The CRRM series Raymond Gringding Mill is adept at processing non-flammable and non-explosive ores with a Mohs hardness of 7 or below and a moisture content below 8%, such as limestone, marble, calcite, feldspar, barite, dolomite, maifanite, granite, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, talc, fluorite, coal gangue, iron oxide red, and iron ore, among others. It can efficiently grind and process these materials. The equipment allows for flexible adjustment of the final product particle size, ranging from 80 to 325 mesh. The maximum feed size it can accept is 35mm, with a 325-mesh pass rate of ≥95%, ensuring uniform particle size. Its production capacity falls within an efficient range of 15 to 80 tons per hour.

Structure of CRRM Raymond Gringding Mill
Grinding Roller: It integrates core functions such as grinding, fineness adjustment, efficiency enhancement, wear resistance, and uniformity maintenance. By rotating and compressing, it grinds materials into powder. Adjusting the pressure allows for flexible fulfillment of diverse fineness requirements. Made of high-hardness wear-resistant material, it offers stable abrasion resistance and a long service life. During grinding, the material is subjected to uniform force, preventing over-grinding or insufficient grinding, thereby ensuring consistent particle size.
Grinding Ring: It collaborates with the grinding roller at high speed to turn large chunks of material into fine powder. Its core function is to stably support the grinding roller during operation, guiding it to roll along a stable trajectory. The two components work together to tightly press and grind the material, ensuring the equipment operates efficiently.
Scooping Blade: Its main role is to scoop up the material entering the mill and deliver it to the space between the grinding roller and ring for grinding. It is typically made of wear-resistant material to withstand abrasion from the grinding material.
Classifier: Used to control the fineness of the finished product, the particle size of the powder is adjusted by varying the classifier's rotational speed.
Fan: It blows the ground powder into the classifier for sorting.
Cyclone Collector: Used to collect the qualified finished powder.
Piping System: Connects all components to ensure smooth airflow.
CRRM Raymond Gringding Mill Working Principle
Coarse Crushing First: Large raw materials are crushed into particles ≤35mm by a crusher for subsequent grinding.
Quantitative Feeding: The electromagnetic vibrating feeder delivers the coarsely crushed raw materials in a quantitative and continuous manner into the grinding zone, ensuring stable and continuous grinding.
Grinding and Crushing: The grinding rollers press against the rotating grinding ring due to centrifugal force, forming a "rolling zone." The raw materials are crushed into powder under dual compression and shearing actions.
Classification and Sorting: The powder enters the turbine classifier with the airflow. Oversized particles fall back into the grinding zone, while qualified fine powder enters the collection system. The fineness of the finished product is controlled by adjusting the classifier's rotational speed.
Efficient Collection: The qualified fine powder is separated and collected through a cyclone collector.
