Introduction to CRGM Superfine Grinding Mill
The CRGM Superfine Grinding Mill adopts a triple composite principle of impact, extrusion, and grinding to crush materials. After entering the crushing chamber, the materials are first preliminarily ground by high-speed rotating components through impact, then further refined by being squeezed between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring, and finally finely ground to the desired particle size by the grinding components. Compared to traditional grinding mills that rely on a single grinding principle, this machine offers significant advantages, improving grinding efficiency and product fineness. It is primarily used for the ultrafine grinding processing of brittle materials with a Mohs hardness below 6, such as heavy calcium (including calcite, marble, dolomite, etc.), barite, talc, gypsum, petroleum coke, silica, brucite, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, wollastonite, kaolin, bentonite, and rare earths.

Core Structure of CRGM Superfine Grinding Mill
Adopting a modular structure, the components work synergistically and efficiently. It can be flexibly combined and adjusted according to material characteristics and requirements, featuring low maintenance costs and short repair times. The drive main shaft is designed with a multi-angle rhombic structure, which ensures high stability and reliability, reduces vibration and noise, enhances load-bearing capacity, and facilitates the installation and disassembly of other components.
Grinding ring: A fixed or rotating annular track that provides support and trajectory for the movement of grinding rollers. It withstands pressure, impact, and friction. The smoothness and wear resistance of the grinding ring affect the grinding efficiency and quality.
Grinding rollers: Typically 2 to 4 in number, they press against the grinding ring through centrifugal force to crush materials. Multiple grinding rollers work in coordination to enhance grinding efficiency.
Grading System: Dynamic or static classifiers are used to screen the material after grinding, ensuring that the fine powder meeting the fineness requirements becomes the finished product, while the coarse particles are returned to the grinding area.
Transmission System: Efficiently transfers the motor power to various working components. The motor outputs torque, which is then adjusted in speed and amplified in torque through the reducer, causing the main shaft to rotate and driving the grinding rollers to revolve or rotate on their own. The reducer optimizes the adjustment of speed and torque to ensure the stable operation of the grinding rollers.

Precise Particle Size Control: Equipped with an internal classification mechanism and a uniquely designed classifier wheel, it ensures accurate classification, delivering uniform and consistent particle size distribution. The fineness can be infinitely adjusted.
