Introduction to CRLMS Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
The CRLMS series Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill has a production capacity of 20-240 tons per hour, with a finished product fineness ranging from 325 to 1500 mesh. It enables efficient large-scale production and precise control over particle size. It is widely used in the ultra-fine grinding and processing of non-metallic minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, kaolin, wollastonite, gypsum, feldspar, and pyrophyllite.
Capacity:20-240t/h
Fineness:325-1500mesh
Application Areas:The CRLMS Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill has a wide range of applications. In the processing of non-metallic mineral powders, it covers materials such as calcium carbonate, talc, and kaolin, which are used in industries like plastics, coatings, and paper fillers. In industrial solid waste treatment, micronized steel slag and slag can be used as cement admixtures to achieve resource utilization. In the field of chemical raw materials, it involves ultra-fine grinding of materials such as graphite, silica, and flame retardants.
Core Structure of CRLMS Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
The CRLMS series CRLMS Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill is primarily composed of core components such as the motor, reducer, grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, pressing device, classifier, feeding device, lubrication station, main unit, and electrical control system.
Grinding Roller Unit: As the core component for crushing materials, it does not possess an independent power output function. Instead, it operates passively by relying on the friction generated when it comes into contact with the materials.
Grinding Disc Unit: This unit forms the grinding area for the materials. Connected to the reducer, it completes the grinding process through its own rotation.
Pressure Adjustment Unit: This device is used to precisely control the gap between the grinding roller and the grinding disc, ensuring that the roller maintains a stable pressure during the grinding process.
Classifier: Featuring a multi-head classification structure, it operates based on the principle of rotating centrifugal force. During continuous production, it achieves efficient screening and filtration of fine powder, making it a high-efficiency and energy-saving classification equipment.
Characteristics of CRLMS Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
Operating Principle: The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate. High-pressure airflow enters the main machine, and the material is fed into the system through a feeding screw. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material spreads out and is crushed or ground in the roller zone. The resulting powder is then carried away by the airflow, passes through a classifier for screening, and the qualified powder is collected.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Under the same conditions of finished fineness and motor power, the output is more than double that of jet mills, improving production efficiency and increasing production capacity.
Wear-Resistant Materials: The grinding rollers and rings are forged from special materials, offering high wear resistance and a long service life. When processing materials like calcium carbonate, the lifespan can reach 2–5 years, reducing replacement frequency, lowering maintenance costs, and ensuring continuous production.
Leader in Green Environmental Protection: Equipped with a pulse dust collector to capture dust, it achieves high dust removal efficiency and reduces dust emissions. Additionally, the use of noise dampeners lowers noise levels, meeting environmental protection standards.
