Introduction to CRLMX Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
The CRLMX series Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill is used for the ultrafine grinding processing of non-metallic minerals such as calcite, marble, limestone, heavy calcium, talc, barite, dolomite, etc. It integrates ultrafine grinding, modification, ultrafine classification, and conveying and collection. It features stable operation, high grinding efficiency, stable product quality, strong equipment adaptability, overall system sealing, full negative pressure operation, no dust spillage, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
Capacity: 3.8 - 16t/h, which can meet the needs of enterprises of different scales.
Fineness: 325 to 1500 mesh, capable of meeting the needs of various industries.
Particle size distribution D97:10 - 45±1, 97% of the particle size is between 10 - 45 micrometers, with an error margin of ±1 micrometer.
Application Areas: Ultrafine powders are widely used across various industries. In the papermaking industry, they can enhance the whiteness and other properties of paper. In the plastics industry, adding talc powder and other materials can strengthen the durability and corrosion resistance of pipes. In the coatings industry, utilizing ultrafine titanium dioxide and other pigments can improve the hiding power and other characteristics. For rubber products such as tires, the addition of silica and other materials significantly enhances strength and wear resistance while reducing rolling resistance.
Main Structure of CRLMX Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
Grinding Disc: Fixed to the output shaft of the reducer, it is made of high-strength wear-resistant material with a special wear-resistant lining on the surface. Driven by the motor, the reducer causes the grinding disc to rotate at high speed, generating centrifugal force. This force moves the material towards the edge, where it undergoes friction with the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding rollers.
Grinding rollers: Symmetrically distributed around the center of the grinding disc, these rollers are made of high-performance wear-resistant materials. Driven by a hydraulic system, they crush materials. The hydraulic system can precisely control pressure, working in coordination with the grinding disc to regulate pressure through components such as oil pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and accumulators.
Separator: The airflow carries the material to the separator. The coarse powder is thrown against the outer wall and falls back onto the grinding disc, while the fine powder passes through the gaps between the vanes and enters the collection device. Adjusting the rotational speed can control the fineness.
Hydraulic System: Responsible for adjusting the pressure of grinding rollers, it consists of an oil pump, oil cylinders, hydraulic valves, accumulators, and other components. The workflow involves the oil pump supplying oil, the oil cylinders driving the grinding rollers, the hydraulic valves controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid, and the accumulators stabilizing the pressure. Pressure adjustment significantly affects the grinding performance for different materials.
Transmission system: Composed of an electric motor, reducer, coupling, and other components, it serves as the core of power transmission. The motor power is reduced in speed and increased in torque by the reducer, then transmitted to the grinding disc through the coupling. This setup operates efficiently and stably, effectively reducing vibration and noise.
Environmental Protection Design: The product adopts a sealed structure and soundproofing materials. The shell is fully sealed, and the connection points are specially treated to prevent dust from spilling out. Multiple layers of soundproofing materials are used to reduce noise, meeting environmental protection requirements.
Working Principle of CRLMX Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
Feeding Stage: The raw material is transported to the center of the grinding disc through the feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force, it moves towards the edge, forming a material flow and preparing for grinding.
Grinding Stage: The lamination crushing principle is adopted, where grinding rollers press the raw material under hydraulic or spring pressure. The hydraulic system precisely controls the pressure, and the lamination crushing enhances the crushing efficiency while reducing wear on components.
Sorting Stage: The airflow carries the finely ground powder to the classifier, which operates based on the principles of centrifugal force and aerodynamics. The coarse powder falls back onto the grinding disc, while the fine powder enters the collector. The particle size of the finished product is controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the classifier and the airflow rate.
Collection Stage of Finished Products: Fine powder enters the dust removal system with the airflow, where cyclone separators and bag filters separate the fine powder. The waste gas is purified before being discharged, ensuring product quality and environmental protection
