The design of the new calcium hydroxide powder separator equipment is unique. The main machine and the fan have independent supports. Compared with traditional powder separators, it has a smaller footprint, lower operating costs, a variety of products, a wide range of applications, and a low resonance impact.

Low operating costs: The traditional separator system consumes 75 + 22 + 5.5 + 5.5 + 5.5 = 113.5 kW (with three additional screw conveyors), while the new calcium hydroxide powder separator system uses 90 + 15 + 0.55 = 105.55 kW.
Good material.: Traditional separators use general steel with a thickness of 3.5 to 3.7 mm. The new calcium hydroxide separators employ 8 mm thick 16Mn wear-resistant steel, offering longer and more stable service.
Easy to install: For traditional separators, the foundation construction and platform erection cost 90,000 to 100,000 yuan and take 12 to 15 days. In contrast, the platform frame of the new calcium hydroxide separator is half the size of the traditional one, reducing the installation time to just 3 to 4 days.
Occupy less space: The traditional classifier has dimensions of 9m x 5m x 12m (the elevator is 5 to 10 meters higher than in our factory), while the new calcium hydroxide classifier has dimensions of 4m x 6m x 8m.
Low maintenance cost: Traditional classifiers require maintenance on four cyclone chambers, the disc for material throwing, and wear around the periphery, along with complex piping and operating conditions. In contrast, the new calcium hydroxide classifier only needs monthly oil refills for the separator and fan, with no other maintenance costs involved.
Widely applied:The production of products differs: Traditional classifiers are suitable for desulfurization and purification using calcium hydroxide. However, when the raw material contains a high amount of black slag, the putty powder produced will also have a high content of black slag, which fails to meet the requirements. In contrast, the new-type calcium hydroxide classifier can be used more flexibly in the calcium hydroxide and lime calcium industries.
The impact of resonance is minimal:The impact of resonance differs: In traditional classifiers, the entire equipment is installed on a single platform, and the multiple power sources generate severe resonance, affecting the machine's lifespan and quality. In contrast, the new calcium hydroxide classifier has its main unit and fan mounted on independent supports, each fixed to a concrete foundation, which significantly reduces the impact of resonance.
