When the calcium hydroxide grinding mill is in operation, the digested calcium hydroxide, under the control of the feeder, enters the classifier and then falls into the disperser, where it is evenly dispersed. The classifier screens the material, and the powder that meets the fineness requirements is blown upward by the airflow of the blower to the upper classifier for further screening. The material that meets the fineness standard flows into the cyclone collector and is discharged through the powder outlet pipe as the final product. The material that does not meet the fineness requirements falls into the main grinding chamber for further grinding. Inside the chamber, the grinding rollers and grinding rings work together to strongly pulverize the material. The crushed powder is then blown again by the airflow to the upper classifier for screening, and this process repeats until the material meets the standard.
The purified airflow enters the blower to achieve circulation. Most of the pipeline airflow moves under negative pressure to prevent dust from escaping, and the excess airflow is guided through the vent pipe to the dust collector for purification before being discharged into the atmosphere.
