Calcium Hydroxide Equipment: An Introduction to Lime Slaker

After being screened, the calcium oxide (quicklime) is crushed and then conveyed to the raw material warehouse (lime storage warehouse) by an elevator for standby. When starting the digestion process, the calcium oxide (20 - 40mm lumpy materials) is fed into the lime digestion tank through a vibrating feeder in a quantitative and uniform manner, and the feeding speed can be adjusted arbitrarily. Natural water (H₂O) is added. The lumpy calcium oxide materials react chemically 5 - 8 seconds after absorbing water and gradually transform into calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂). At the same time, a large amount of hot steam is generated, which entrains a certain amount of calcium hydroxide powder. Under the action of a fan, the hot steam is discharged outward through a pipeline. The installed spray nozzles and atomizing nozzles, under the action of a dust removal water pump, form a water curtain area with a certain width and height. After filtering the dust in the hot steam, it is discharged into the atmosphere through a pipeline.

Patent Water Mist Dust Removal: The system is connected in series with pulse dust removal and water mist dust removal, providing dual protection. Even if the fabric bag is damaged, it can prevent immediate shutdown and allows staggered maintenance and repairs. Equipped with independent dedicated reducers and motors, the system operates stably. The patented water mist dust removal effectively recovers heat, forming digestible water while also serving its dust removal function. Special cleaning nozzles are installed on the inner bin walls, effectively preventing issues such as dust adhesion and calcification.

Combined digestion mold: By adopting the combined digestion module technology, the initial investment cost of steel structure, foundation, factory building, etc. for the production line is greatly reduced (by nearly 1 million yuan), and it is convenient for installation and maintenance.

The equipment is customizable: both production capacity and equipment volume can be customized. It comes with built-in insulation and temperature sensing devices. The structural design breaks through conventional limitations, featuring fewer uncontrollable heat dissipation points, excellent temperature retention capability, and a two-stage digestion design. It has low energy consumption, with only three sets of variable-speed drive units. The volume of this stage is equivalent to the 7-stage digestion volume available on the market.
