Introduction to CRRM2500 Raymond Grinding Mill
The CRRM2500 Raymond Gringding Mill is adept at processing non-flammable and non-explosive ores with a Mohs hardness of 7 or below and a moisture content below 8%, such as limestone, marble, calcite, feldspar, barite, dolomite, maifanite, granite, bentonite, kaolin, bauxite, gypsum, talc, fluorite, coal gangue, iron oxide red, and iron ore, among others. It can efficiently grind and process these materials. The equipment allows for flexible adjustment of the final product particle size, ranging from 40 to 400 mesh. The maximum feed size it can accept is 35mm, with a 325 mesh pass rate of ≥90%, ensuring uniform particle size. Its production capacity falls within an efficient range of 11.5 to 50 tons per hour.
Capacity:11.5-50t/h
Fineness:40-400mesh
Maximum feed size:35mm
Case Study on Installation and Commissioning of CRRM2500 Raymond Grinding Mill
Installation Preparation: Before the equipment arrived, the customer, in accordance with the installation requirements of the CRRM2500 Raymond mill, renovated the factory building and adjusted the layout to ensure sufficient space for the equipment installation. Meanwhile, professional technical personnel were organized for training to familiarize themselves with the installation process and precautions. Tools and materials required for installation, such as lifting equipment, bolts, and washers, were prepared to ensure the smooth progress of the installation work.
Installation Process: The Cronus team first inspected all components of the equipment to ensure there was no damage or missing parts. Following the installation drawings, they first installed the main unit, adjusting its levelness and verticality to ensure stable operation. Subsequently, they installed the transmission device, pipeline system, classifier, and other components, strictly adhering to the standards for each installation to ensure secure connections and good sealing. During the installation, an issue with mismatched pipeline connections was encountered. This was resolved by making minor adjustments and grinding the pipes, ensuring the installation schedule was maintained.
Commissioning Phase: After the installation was completed, the commissioning phase began. First, a no-load test was conducted by starting the main unit, blower, and classifier to check if the equipment ran smoothly and whether there were any abnormal noises or vibrations. It was found that the classifier's speed was unstable. After inspection, it was determined to be a parameter setting issue with the speed controller. The technicians adjusted the parameters, and the classifier operated normally thereafter. Following the successful no-load test, a load test was performed by gradually increasing the material feed rate and observing the equipment's performance and product quality. During the load test, it was discovered that the finished product's particle size was too coarse. By adjusting the classifier's speed and the blower's airflow, the final particle size of the product met the expected requirements. After several days of continuous commissioning, all performance indicators of the CRRM2500 Raymond mill met the design specifications, and the commissioning was successfully completed.
Customer Feedback: The plant manager of the enterprise spoke highly of the CRRM2500 Raymond mill. Since its introduction, production capacity has significantly increased, and product quality has further improved. Moreover, the equipment exhibits excellent stability, rarely malfunctions, and has low maintenance costs. The operation is also straightforward, with employees becoming proficient after minimal training. The workers responsible for operating the equipment also noted that the CRRM2500 Raymond mill is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and has significantly improved the working environment. Noise and dust levels have decreased, making the work more comfortable.
