Working Principle of CRLMK Superfine Vertical Grinding Mill
Operation mechanism: The motor provides power, which is converted into an appropriate speed for the grinding disc by the reducer to drive the grinding disc to rotate. The material is fed into the center of the grinding disc by the air-locking feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, it enters the grinding roller track. The grinding roller rotates and rolls, causing the material to be crushed by extrusion, grinding, and shearing forces.
Classification mechanism: Hot air is ejected uniformly and rapidly upward from the air ring to convey and dry the material. The material enters the classifier along with the airflow. Qualified fine powder is collected by the dust collection equipment, while the unqualified coarse powder falls back onto the grinding disc under the action of the classifier blades, where it is re-ground with new material. This process repeats in a continuous cycle until the material meets the required standards.
